Thanks, Tim, for sharing your story. For the past several decades my work has been mostly pro bono. I'm not rich but I've learned how to live well on a small income. Most of the money people spend is wasted on keeping up with the Joneses, feeding addictions, and buying highly advertised, expensive and useless crap.

Wouldn't it be a better world if we paid more attention to giving instead of getting. That does not mean sacrificing one's self but finding happiness and fulfillment as one realizes their true purpose.
